Terms of Service — RuthNel UniquelyAbled

1. Eligibility — who this platform is for

RuthNel UniquelyAbled is built exclusively for job seekers who identify as living with a disability. By registering as a candidate, you confirm you are joining for this reason. Misrepresenting your eligibility is a violation of these Terms and grounds for account removal.

2. Candidate accounts

Registration is free, always. You control what information is shared and with whom, in line with our Privacy Policy. You may pause your visibility or request deletion of your account at any time.

3. Employer accounts

Employers may browse basic candidate profiles free of charge, including a unique reference number for each candidate profile. Full profile access (contact details, complete CVs) is arranged directly with RuthNel following a business enquiry, and pricing is tailored to each employer's needs. Separately, employers may post a specific role for a fixed fee (currently R499, live for 30 days) via self-serve checkout, independent of any full-profile-access arrangement. Terms for full profile access, including any billing frequency, minimum term, or cancellation terms, will be confirmed directly with RuthNel and documented in writing before any such arrangement begins.

4. Prohibited use — data protection

Employers agree not to:

Bulk download, scrape, or systematically extract candidate data from the platform
Reproduce, redistribute, or use platform data to build a competing product or database
Share unlocked candidate contact details or CVs outside genuine, active hiring processes

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and may expose the violating party to liability for damages.

5. Watermarking and traceability

Full candidate CVs are provided as dynamically generated, watermarked documents identifying the accessing employer and date of access. This watermark exists to protect candidates and to make unauthorized redistribution traceable and attributable.

6. Partner referral program

Partner organisations referring employer clients are governed by a separate Partner Agreement, provided upon approval of a partner application.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
